[Welcome]
I’m glad you’re here.
Maybe you’ve recently realized you’re autistic, or you’ve just received a formal diagnosis as an adult. You might be asking yourself, “What now?”
You may be exhausted. Years of masking have taken a toll on your body, mind, and spirit.
You may feel disoriented. You’re unsure of what comes next or how to move forward.
You’re not broken. You’ve been doing your best in a world that didn’t always see or support you.
This space is for late-identified and newly diagnosed autistic adults, including those with ADHD, who are ready to explore unmasking, release internalized shame, and begin living more fully and authentically.
I honor every person in the neurodivergent community, whether you have a formal diagnosis or not. Diagnosis is a privilege that many are denied, and your self-knowledge is valid. You belong here.
If you’re not neurodivergent yourself but care deeply about someone who is, whether you’re a partner, friend, therapist, or coach, you’re welcome too. You may be here to learn, to listen, or to better support the people in your life. That work matters.
This space is about making room for growth, grief, discovery, and joy. It’s about letting go of what no longer serves you and finding your way back to what does.
There’s no rush. You get to move at your own pace.
Wherever you’re starting from, welcome.
